Elemental Technology - Email Recovery Services (EDB to PST Conversion etc)
Information Store Repair EDB to PST Conversion | PST Repair | OST Recovery | DBX Recovery | Notes Data
We have the infrastructure, tools and in-house techniques to successfully recover a wide range of email data, from Outlook Express files through to Exchange Server Information Stores. Your corrupt email data can be transferred immediately to us via our FTP server or via backup on most media. Alternatively, we can courier an external USB drive to you.
If no email can be recovered from your data, there will be no fee apart from any courier charges incurred. Up front, you will get a quotation for recovery based upon how long we think it will take us. The time depends on how corrupt the data is, the amount in Gb, and the number of mailboxes and/or public folders. Many companies just charge by the Gb, which can be very expensive.
Exchange Server Information Store Repair and EDB to PST conversion
Repair of Exchange databases is not a simple task, and if not done carefully can often lose a large amount of data during the repair process. We can extract the data to PST files, preserving as much data as possible. We have dealt with huge amounts of EDB/STM data at our offices - once over 700GB from just one client! EDB to PST conversion will give you a unique PST file for each mailbox that can be easily imported using Exmerge - we will provide full instructions on how to do this if required. The PST file is limited to 2GB so there may be several PST files for large mailboxes.
Outlook Personal Storage files (PSTs) are notoriously unstable and care has to be taken to keep their size manageable. We have a comprehensive suite of utilities in-house to repair them if they are inaccessible.
If you have suffered a server crash, or your Exchange Server mailbox has been deleted, your Offline Storage File (OST) will remain on your computer, but will be inaccessible. We can recover the OST to a PST, that any Outlook client can read.
We offer data recovery for Outlook Express folders 6.x/5.x/4.x (*.dbx) files.
We have facilities to recover Notes databases in-house.
